He currently serves as Global Strategic Business Development Manager at Interroll Group, where he reports directly to the Chief Sales Officer and drives growth strategies at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and customer-centric solutions. Throughout his career, Gianmichele has held senior leadership roles in product marketing, sales, and business development within multinational environments, including a long tenure at Mitsubishi Electric Europe, where he led marketing and commercial strategies across South EMEA. His background combines strategic vision, analytical rigor, and emotional intelligence, enabling him to operate effectively in complex, cross-cultural contexts. With an MBA, a background in political and socio-economic studies, and a certification as a Senior Practitioner in Business Coaching, Gianmichele brings a systemic and human-centered perspective to leadership, transformation, and value creation.
