Biography

Mr. Arthur Saraiva is the Manager for Public and Government Affairs for CATL in France, a position he has held since January 2025. Prior to joining CATL, he built a decade-long career in diplomacy, initially with the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs, where he worked as a climate change negotiator, and subsequently at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, in the British Embassy in Paris, where he was responsible for climate and environmental diplomacy. A graduate of Sciences Po Paris, Arthur is fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
