- From 2007 2017, he worked as R&D Manager of the Smart Materials & Embedded Systems Department at CeNTI, focusing on the areas of Printed and Integrated Electronics and Embedded Systems, energy and technology transfer to companies. From 2017 to 2022, he assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at CeNTI, focusing on the development of novel business and technology transfer based on new polymer material solutions, materials for novel energy solutions, and smart electronics. Currently, João is the CEO of b.again, focusing on the development of large-scale stationary energy storage solutions, and the development of novel sustainable and circular recycling processes for lithium-ion batteries.
